A few points to consider:
- Licenses are generally offered on a short term basis. Faculty must submit requests each year to continue access. Most license terms are one year but there are exceptions.
- Licensing dates can be viewed by looking up the title in Saint Search. Click on the title to view the following:
- Librarians evaluate usage each year when considering requests.
- The streaming request form is only available for a limited time during the spring semester. For consideration the following academic year, requests must be submitted by May 15th. Exceptions are possible in cases where faculty begin after that date or course assignments are changed. Contact your department liaison if you must make a request outside the spring timeframe.
